Welcome to Live Marketplace ("Platform," "we," "us," "our"). This Terms and Conditions agreement governs your use of our social media application that connects miners (consumers) and live sellers (merchants) for Blue token coin rewards, post sharing, engagement, and product purchases.

By accessing or using Live Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Our Platform supports OAuth authentication through Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. By using these services, you agree to their respective terms and conditions and acknowledge that we will receive certain profile information as permitted by these platforms.

• You retain ownership of content you post on Live Marketplace
• By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display your content
• You are solely responsible for the content you post and its legality
• Prohibited content includes: illegal material, hate speech, harassment, spam, and infringing content

• Blue tokens are awarded for post engagement (shares, likes, views, purchases)
• Rewards are subject to change and may be modified at our discretion
• Tokens have no cash value and are not redeemable for currency
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program

• Live sellers may purchase rollover banner advertisements
• We use ADMOB for advertising from both PlayStation and Apple Apps
• All purchases are subject to our payment terms and refund policies
• Advertisement content must comply with our advertising guidelines

Our Platform includes a shop/store feature where users can purchase products. All purchases are subject to availability and our return policy. We are not responsible for product quality or merchant disputes.

The messaging feature allows real-time communication between users. All messages are stored on our servers for security and moderation purposes. You agree not to use messaging for illegal or harmful purposes.

All Platform content, including logos, designs, and software, is owned by Live Marketplace. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

Our Platform includes drag & drop and copy-paste functionality for enhanced user experience. You agree to use these features responsibly and not to misuse content belonging to others.

• No harassment, bullying, or hate speech
• No spamming or unsolicited advertising
• No impersonation of other users or entities
• No attempts to compromise Platform security
• No unauthorized commercial activities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through Platform settings.

Live Marketplace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the past six months.

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
